Information we collect

When you submit our contact or consultation form we collect the details you provide: your name, company, business email, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message.

We also collect limited technical data needed to operate and secure the website, such as IP address (used temporarily for spam and abuse prevention) and anonymous, aggregated usage statistics.

Product enquiries and quotations

When you request a price or send a Request for Quotation (RFQ), we store the products, quantities and contact details you submit in our secure sales system so our team can prepare and follow up on your quotation. Each request receives a reference number.

If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, the message is prepared on your device and sent by you through WhatsApp; the details you entered on our form are also logged so we can match your enquiry.

Information stored in your browser

Your quote list, product comparison and recently viewed products are stored only in your own browser (local storage) so they are available on your next visit. They are not sent to us or to analytics until you submit an enquiry, and you can clear them at any time from your browser settings.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, provide the information or services you requested, and keep a record of our communication.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use the contents of your form submission for advertising.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate this website, including hosting, email delivery, spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and privacy-friendly analytics. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. Our analytics are configured to be cookieless and do not identify individual visitors. Form field contents are never sent to analytics.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, and protect it using appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including Qatar’s Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by emailing info@codeblue.qa.
